Constellate the Creative has been designed for creative projects, business leaders and personal growth.
Every session unfolds differently, but what stays constant is the intention: to move your project or challenge — and your relationship to it — beyond ego or strategy, with curiosity, care, and depth
These workshops are grounded in empirical and experiential practice, blending depth inquiry with psychological insight to reveal hidden themes, exiled parts of yourself, your story, art, or business.
This work honours your story that self-longing that seeks to emerge.
What is it to ‘constellate’ something?
Both families and creative projects are living systems, inseparable from history, values, and beholden to forces that move through them.
To constellate to bring something into a living field – in this case, a group setting – allowing its patterns, relationships, and dynamics to emerge. To bear witness as it moves in a felt, three-dimensional way. This is not acting, nor is it narrative therapy. Consider the ever-shifting planets in our solar system or starlings flying in formation, or even trees interconnected in a forest.

This is not about forcing answers ~ it is about listening deeply.

Systemic Family Constellation Therapy: The Modality
Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger this modality is based on the premise that we are influenced by the fates, traumas, and entanglements of family and lineage — often in ways that remain unconscious to us. It explores what sits behind blocks, stalls and creates healing movements around this map, if you will.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to understand the process before I book?
You don’t need to understand it intellectually for the work to be effective. In fact, this is part of the work – to take our intellect offline.
I want to work with my manuscript, story or business. Can I stick to this alone?
Of course. This would be your core question. But as a holistic practice, family dynamics, lineage, grief, and loss may surface, all in service of a deeper intelligence seeking visibility so meaningful shifts can occur.
Can this work really help with my leadership style? I know I can offer so much more.
Leadership is deeply relational: how we show up & carry authority impacts teams. We are also influenced by many systems, including those out of our awareness. We can only lead to the depth we have gone ourselves.
This sounds a bit woo-woo. I’m keen but a bit hesitant.
This is completely reasonable. Whilst Western psychology & science are still catching up, other cultures have been working with these principles for millennia. You are invited to explore — only as deeply as feels right for you
Do I need experience to participate in this workshop?
In short, no. Whether you are new to the process or have done it before, each process you undertake in this modality is transformational, in that the work meets you where you are at.
It seems esoteric. Is there science behind this?
This workshop is grounded in systems theory, field theory, and neural resonance, all cutting-edge scientific and quantum physics research. Also, epigenetics suggests trauma can change gene expression.

I’m Kimberley—Kimbo to those who know me.
I support creatives, entrepreneurs, and seekers to align with their story, inner compass, and intuitive wisdom.
It’s my life journey; my soul purpose.
I also hold an MA in Professional Writing, MA in Counselling and am a registered psychotherapist and storymaker. I lean on decades of training, inner work, systemic constellation practice, narrative inquiry, and embodied listening in a deeply held process.
In short, I help you access the connective tissue within yourself and/or your project. Our precious planet calls for changemakers. No matter your project, if you’re here, it means your authentic voice and your work can and should ripple into a more connected, compassionate world.
