Creative Sessions

Often, the story you hold and the one you long to create are enmeshed. Our work together begins gently in the here and now, with curiosity for what wants to be uncovered. Each of us carries a resonant, creative self—and that is where we are headed. I’ll offer guidance and tools to explore the places where your story may feel blocked—whether in the past, within your family lineage, or in the unfolding of future possibilities. Together, we untangle, transform, and reshape what has been held, allowing both your personal story and your authentic creative voice to emerge.

Spaces we’ll navigate

  • Boundaries that ‘protect’ the story
  • Heroine’s journey (descent)
  • Fairy tales and parallels to my life/story
  • Dominant narrative – how patriarchy shows up?
  • Blocks to female-led storytelling
  • Stuckness – I can’t get the words out
  • Enmeshment between character &  narrative voice
  • Mother/father wounds (impact on story)
  • How unconscious contracts, grief & loss play out
  • What was silenced to stay safe
  • Myth and archetype
  • Loyalty to family at the expense of creativity
  • Exclusion of family members
  • Unacknowledged grief passed down generations.
  • Entanglement with parental or sibling dynamics
  • Orders of love in characters
  • Every family member has a right to belong
  • Acknowledgment of fate (to unblock the here & now)
  • Loyalties, hidden alliances & betrayals in the system (and my art).
  • Unconscious influence of family secrets on my art
  • Reasserting, acceptance, abundance & joy

Generalised Therapy

I am a registered psychotherapist and a member of PACFA, supporting individuals, couples, and families who wish to explore and transform unconscious patterns and understand how their personal history shapes their present.

I work with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and trauma and have supported women and couples with fertility challenges, birth trauma, postnatal difficulties, as well as teenagers navigating life’s challenges.

My approach draws on Gestalt therapy, attachment theory, systemic work, family constellations, and embodied narrative therapy, including storytelling, archetypes, and fairy tales.

A firm believer in the possibility of growth through adversity, I offer a safe, trauma-informed space where you can explore life’s challenges, uncover the patterns holding you back, and move toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and well-being.

Heroine’s Journey Webinar for Writers

An Alternative Narrative Map for Storytellers

Tired of the same old Hero’s Journey blueprint? Or perhaps your script, play, or manuscript just doesn’t fit that arc.

I’m offering a FREE half-hour webinar introducing the Heroine’s Journey—a transformative narrative framework that opens new creative possibilities for screenwriters, novelists, and playwrights.

We’ll cover:

  • The stages of the Heroine’s Journey
  • Key differences between the Heroine’s Journey and the Hero’s Journey
  • Genres of writing this model resonates with (and why)
  • Practical ways to use its stages to deepen characters and strengthen narrative arcs

Whether you’re shaping a screenplay, writing a play, or deep into your novel, the Heroine’s Journey offers a richer path into psychological depth, mythic resonance, and truly original storytelling.

And no, you don’t need a female heroine; this is for any protagonist (join me and find out why).

The best part?

In under an hour, you’ll take away beginner-friendly tools you can implement in your writing right away—tips that move beyond entertainment into the realm of transformation.
